What type of payment do you accept?

We prefer on line payments and automatic debit or credit card payment but will accept check + cash.

If I pay for 12 months up front will you give a discount?

YES! 10% off the total cost should you opt to pay for a years' rent up front.

If I move out in the middle of the month will you pro rate the rent?

Not unless we've arranged it 30 days before you vacate.
